Bubba's Bagels

So I came down with something this last week, I have not idea what it was and I still feel a bit queasy.  I was unable to post a few lunches and things so I will try to get them posted today and this weekend for you guys. :)

First up, I came across an unknown bagel brand in my local Hyvee called Bubba's Bagels:

So I decided to make a bagel sandwich with one with my left over tuna.

I also included some kettle corn and strawberry yogurt.

As well as a clementine and celery with peanut butter.

The bagel was to die for!!  I can't believe how yummy it truly was, and I will definitely continue to buy this brand from now on!  It was soft but not chewy and had a wonderful texture and flavor.  Just yum!

Feel free to comment or leave links to your blog in the comments, I would love to see other ideas and your creativity. :)

Veronica :)

  1. That looks really yummy! What bento box did you use for this lunch? I've not seen that one before!

    1. The lunch box I use is this one from Cool Gear: http://shop.coolgearinc.com/ez-freeze-expandable-bento-box/
I found it at Walmart and thought it would be a good one to use, and I love that is collapsible!! I will admit I have never actually put the freezer tray in the freezer because I can put my lunch in the fridge currently so it's unneeded, but I think it would work wonderfully! :) And looking it up to send you a link I saw a few other containers I might have to get, like the Deluxe Cereal Kit! :p
